Any Party reservation may be placed over the phone, but
will be held for only two weeks unless a deposit is received. |
|
Room Service is for three (3) hours. You may enter the
room 1/2 hour before the start of your party to do any setting up you
may need to do. No tinsel or confetti may be used to decorate with, a
$25.00 cleaning fee will be automatically charged if any of these items
are used. If
you use scotch tape, it must be taken down once your party has been
completed. |

Service time takes approximately 1 1/2 hours. The
remaining time is for your program. |
|
If having a group that requires extra space (i.e. gift
table, high chair or guest in wheelchair), please let us know in advance
so that we can make appropriate arrangements. |
|
Please note that our restrooms are not wheelchair
accessible. |
|
Please call one week in advance with the count of how many
dinners are needed. |
|
There is a 48 hour cancellation of any dinner. |
|
The party count holds firm after the deadline. |
|
Any dinners not taken will be put in take-out containers
for you to take with you. |
|
Please have place cards for the guests with their choice
of dinner, since this will ease the serving of your guests. |
|
If paying with credit card, please add .60 additional
per person. |
