Guest count must be submitted no later than one (1) week in
advance of event date. |

The is a forty eight (48) hour cancellation policy - Billing
will be made on final order. |

A Non-Refundable Deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm
date of event . |

Parties are limited to 3 1/2 hours from the time the guest
of honor is to arrive. |

You may arrive 45 minutes before your guest, to set up the
room. If decorating, you may use scotch tape ONLY. NO NAILS, TINSEL or
CONFETTI is permitted. |

All decorations must be taken down before you leave. |

Our Restaurant is wheel chair accessible, but we do request
that you let us know before the event. Our restrooms are not wheel chair
accessible. |

High Chairs can be supplied, but we need to know the number
needed when quest counts are confirmed. |
|
Your Party may be held between the hours of 10:00 am and a
no later start time of 1:00 pm.. |
|
Sit down luncheon is available for a guaranteed 35
adults. |
|
Minimum of 25 adults, 2:00 pm guest arrival, 2:30pm guest
of honor arrival, 5:45pm exit. |
